I am having the same issue after uninstalling a program: php sysinfo. I can access my files through the network but can't access the web interface. Plex and Moodle (website CMS) don't work anymore. Raidar sees the server - of course - but I can't access the setup web interface. I have tried a lot of things without success: enabling/disable DHCP, ipv6; rebooting, connect to the 2nd ethernet card with DHCP on... Would you tell me what worked for you?
My server was on a static ip - reserved for it - 192.168.2.1xx
