ReadyNAS Pro 6 - ReadyCloud login rejected
Hi I have a ReadyNAS Pro 6 The firmware has been upgraded to 6.9.1 and it is running really well on that FW.
I have been trying to connect to ReadyCloud, but it appears to be rejecting my Login.
I enter the Username, Password, click connect, and after a minute, it is giving me an error number: '24002000011'
I have 2 green ticks on 'Internet Available' and 'Services Available' . I also have Dropbox enabled and that is running fine.
When I login to ReadyCloud, the ReadyNAS is discovered, so I can manage it.
Can anyone advise?
