RN104 Readycloud services Offline

Hi all,

I have been unable to log on to my ReadyNAS 104 unit via the app or web page using my standard login.

I have managed to locate my device and access the admin page using admin password.

Under the Cloud tab, Readycloud is ON, but banner shows.... Offline X Services Oflline.

Is there a known issue with connections or have my fat fingers stuffed something?

 

I am running firmware 6.4.0

  • Hi, I am with ReadyNas 102 and i have the same problem since yesterday, i think it is a netgear server problem, i wait until tomorrow and we will see if it will work again
