Unable to access Admin page on RN104 since upgrade to 6.2.2

Hi Just noticed I am unable to access the admin page and receive the error

"Google Chrome's connection attempt to IP was rejected. The website may be down or your network may not be properly configured". FF and IE just say unable to connect.


I can ping the IP fine and the shares are available via the android app but not the readycloud website which sees the top level folders but when you try to enter into them it just reloads the device icon.

  • I have a similar issue. I have the ReadyNas 516. Downloaded the updated to 6.2.2. I also uninstalled the Netgear photo app and Plex app and both I am not using. Now cannot access the ReadyNas admin. I have tried rebooting. Also reset with OS Reinstall. Both with no luck. I am able to access my files on my Mac on the ReadyNas. After a period of time - I can also see the folders using the readyCloud.netgear.com web access. Just no admin access. Any ideas for help - would be fantastic. Thanks - Brad.

    This looks like the problem after uninstalling an app, in this case bzeeetr6. Should be working fine now.
  • Try rebooting the unit. If it will behave the same, perform an OS reinstall.
