I have a 104 and it has just updated to 6.4.2 and now I am unable to connect to it via the readycloud portal or via the iOS app. I know lots of people have had the same issues but nothing has worked f...

Cprice83 I have fixed the serial number and MAC addresses on this system. They should both be showing correct now.
This system should be able to connect to ReadyCLOUD again now.

I've tried switching readycloud on under cloud on the nas but it won't turn on.
