RN102 + Surveillance #23535821
I installed the add-on from the add-on page, however, when I go to logon using the default credentials of admin/netgear1 it doesnt work (states its invalid). Netgear online support has been less than helpful, anyone have any idea?

- I have found that Surveillance sometimes "thinks" that you have the keyboard in capslock and enters the password in this mode - of course you can not tell. Try entering NETGEAR1 (in caps) to see if this has happened
- Just tried and unfortunately that didnt work =( Any other ideas?
Just a bummer right now as thats one of the reasons I bought this product. - I'm informed by JabbaTheHutt that in the latest version the default credentials have changed to match the default credentials for the Dashboard (web-admin interface of the NAS). Can you see if the credentials admin/password work?
- I attempted that and that did not work either unfortunately. I just did a full factory reset on the NAS and for giggles set the username to the admin/netgear1 too and no dice.
- Do I need any additional add-on like PHP installed or should this be all self-contained for this module
- I think it should install any necessary dependencies.
