RN10441D - OS 10.6.3 - After Factory Reset, no apps loaded and also cannot manually install apps
After having a two diskdrive failure, I have installed four new 2tb harddrives in my RAID storage (RN10441D). I also did a factory restore and then followed the instructions to update the OS to 10.6.3. Upon completion and reboot, there are no installed apps and I cannot manually download/install the apps either. The app in particular I am interested in is the idrive app. I get the error "System: Cannot install idrive application".

Any help in resolving this error would be appreciated.

Have you tried using a different web browser or clearing the cache of your web browser and see the available apps will appear?
Checking on the logs, it appears that you are uploading the iDrive .deb file for x86 which is not the correct package for your NAS. You need to upload is the arm package. You can download it here.
Note: I removed the link on your post because the NAS system logs should not be posted publicly for security reasons. You may just send the logs via private message when one of the moderators requested it.
