Upload via email not working

Hi, Had NV+ V2 for a couple of days and still trying to work it all out. Trying to setup Photos II (V1.0.6) and the upload to email doesn't work. It all appears setup OK, it has given me an ad...

I tested this myself and got the same outcome sent email with photo attached and nothing it as not uploaded to my album so maybe there is a problem on netgears end.
