Upload via email not working

As additional information, I will point out that a trace route to mail.photos.readynas.com fails and has for sometime now - hence eMail would not get there and the eMail upload to ReadyNAS Photos doesn't work. After a period of time eMail uploads are returned as mail host unreachable. Please help with this, the service has been down far too long.
