6001010060 comunication error,check your internet conection,DNS settings or proxy settings.
Hi ,i get this massage when i try to update my firmware my router is Asus AC 68 i try changing the ip to 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.2.1 ,set DNS to router 8.8.8.8. and 8.8.4.4 and to Nas adapter ,try to ...
Thank you very much for your help i think i not get updates since i upgrade manual to version 6.8 i see also some :
Alert message failed to send.
in system log here i apply the zip. log
Fixed i delete the user alert user and now when i click updade software says you are using the latest software.Thank you very very much for you help i was trying to fix it 2 weeks.

If you are using 192.168.2.1 as the router LAN address, then that means the NAS should also have a 192.168.2.x address, and a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0. The gateway in the NAS is set to 192.168.2.1.
Is that what you are doing? If not, what are the settings?

That would be expected, unless you enabled connection sharing in the laptop. Normally the NAS can't reach the internet if you are using direct connect.
Still same error router is stock setting just changed the wifi name and password.Maybe need factory default settings to erase everything.
Are you getting internet services (NTP time updates, email alerts, AV updates)?
You can see the NTP updates if you look in connman.log in the log zip bundle.
You could also try adding 8.8.8.8 to the DNS server list on the NAS.
