746 Gb=3TB disk
I have a Netgear ReadyNAS Duo v2 (5.3.4) and hard disk WD30EZRX is reported that has a capacity of 746 gigabytes

Actually its not just about quickest.
If you add 3 TB drives one at a time, you can't expand beyond a 11 TB volume. So when you add the 5th disk you won't be able to use all the space on it, and the sixth disk is only useful if you choose dual redundancy.
So if your goal is to get a full 15 TB volume, you need to do a factory default with at least 4 of your 3 TB disks in place. - PapaBear1ApprenticeBest to do it will all in place since they have already been checks as viable disks.
