access to ready cloud after firmware upgraded to 6.5.2

Dear All

Before the firmware was upgraded to 6.5.2, cloud users could connect to ReadyNas with their respective user names and passwords. After the upgrade, access has changed automatically to  email and password.  I (administrator)  have created my netgear account and could access the NAS remotely.

.

How those existing cloud users could be able to access the NAS again ?  How to create new cloud users ? Would anyone could help ?

Regards

KSD
