As a long time Seagate user, when I upgraded two of my 1TB drives in each of my NVX units last June I went with Hitachi and have been very pleased. However, these are 3TB drives so will not work in your 600. The Samsung HD204UI drive is also on the list and seems to have a good reputation. I have one of the older HD203WI drives, but not in ReadyNAS use. It is a data drive in my PC and has performed well.
Note: Samsung has been purchased by Seagate and Hitachi has been purchased by WD.
