APC UPS + Readynas Ultra + Synology?
Is there anyway to connect these devices together? I currently have a ReadyNAs Ultra 2 and a synology DS211j. I'm planning to get an APC UPS with usb port. I'm assuming APC has only one usb port bu...
There's no need to use SSH on the ReadyNAS side. The relevant settings will show under System > Power e.g. when the UPS is connected.
You'd have to ask Synology as to whether they use NUT and support sharing a UPS over a network. If they do then this should work well.
