APC UPS + Readynas Ultra + Synology?
Is there anyway to connect these devices together? I currently have a ReadyNAs Ultra 2 and a synology DS211j. I'm planning to get an APC UPS with usb port. I'm assuming APC has only one usb port bu...
What the Synology is asking for is the Network IP of the NAS that is connected to the UPS, not the UPS itself (it is not really part of the network). Once you connect the UPS to the Ultra it should show up in RAIDar, and mousing over the UPS button (now green) will show the status of the UPS charge.
