Can access my admin page
I change the password and did not click the recovery password setup so changed password and now i cant get to the admin page is

What ReadyNAS model do you own, and what firmware are you running?
When you enter https://nas-ip-address/admin, are you getting the user/password pop-up? Use the real nas IP address of course.

Did you try the default password (password)?
If that fails, you can try an OS reinstall - which will reset the admin password back to the default.

Be careful not to do a factory default, that will destroy your data.

i did the os reinstall on my system now i cant connect i checked and its healthy
i found my ip address but whats SUBNET MASK AND GATEWAY?????
its asking for that info
