Cannot setup the new ReadyNas 102

I just bought a new ReadyNas 102 and cannot set it up. I tried other machines and difference web browser but nothing help. I tried to turn off my firewall too
These are the problems
1. When set up using readycloud website: "No devices discovered"
2. When using raidar software the software seem like to detect the NAS, but when I click on "Admin page", I got "This Webpage is not available. ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSE" (tried difference web browser, same result)
3. I bought the brand new disk too, and it listed in the compatible drive but raidar says no disk.
4. Power LED blinking constantly.

You are entitled to 90 day phone support,. so support.netgear.com is a good option.
Are you using RAIDar 6.0?
Did you try https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/admin
where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the NAS IP address
