Can you access the NAS shares with file explorer?

Yes, I can access all of the buttons on Raidar, as you would expect and I get a response. When I click on Admin page, the browser tries to load, but fails.

Not what I asked. When you enter \\nas-ip-address in windows file explorer (using the real IP address of course), are you seeing the NAS shares?

If you enter https://nas-ip-address/admin in your browser, does it fail the same way?
Also, what were you upgrading from?

Hi, sorry for the delay in continuing this conversation. Yes I can browse the shares that are already setup, and I can use the NAS in every way you would expect to, the only thing that will not work is that I cannot access the Admin page. If I try to logon to the admin page
It is a new NAS, so I the firmware only went from 6.9.2 to 6.9.4. The Raidar, says that the firmware version is 6.9.4, but when I click on Admin page, it flashes up as 6.9.2, then it says it is connecting to the ReadyNas admin page, but it times out (in a browser window and not in a Raidar program).

One possibility is that there is a library conflict with an app. What apps are running on the NAS?
Note there is 90-day phone support when you first purchase, so if you are eligible for that you might try getting Netgear support from my.netgear.com. Of course this week they won't have their full staff (and they likely will be getting a lot of support requests from Christmas purchasers).
