data DEGRADED

I received the message "data DEGRADED", and it seemed as disk 3 was not working. So I replaced it, but I get the same message: "data DEGRADED", and disk 3 is not visible on my admin page. What should I do?

    Welcome to the Community!

Have you tried reinserting the disk? The disk should be detected by the NAS, it might have not completely got inserted when you replaced Disk 3 and try to reboot your NAS if possible f you have done this already try checking the disk replacement on a PC if it will run to make sure that you have a good disk. Otherwise, it might be a SATA issue, replaciing it by Support would be best.
