Disks for NV+ V2?.. More disks needed on comp list...
Which one of these drives do you guys suggest? The WD drive has more cache...
The prices are the same, so money is not a factor.
What is important is speed and reliability!

- JarleHAspirantThe webstore I am going to buy from in Norway has stopped ordering/getting more Samsung/Hitatchi disks. Hitatchi disks are out of stock, and they got 4 left of the WD20EURS Samsung...
jarle - mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredThe WD20EURS is a WD disk not a Samsung. If the WD is what is available then I guess the choice for you should be fairly easy.
- JarleHAspirantI am sorry, I was refering to the Samsung HD204UI disk...
jarle - JarleHAspirantI am yet again flagging the need for getting more disks on the Compatibility List, I guess its needed for alot of models, but especially the new NV+ V2.
I suggest the following disks for testing, these are relativly cheap disks with good performance:
- Seagate Barracuda® 2TBSATA 6Gb/s (SATA 3.0), 64MB Cache, 7200RPM, 3.5" - ST2000DM001
- Seagate Barracuda® 3TBSATA 6Gb/s (SATA 3.0), 64MB Cache, 7200RPM, 3.5" - ST3000DM001
- Seagate Barracuda® XT 2TBSATA 6Gb/s (SATA 3.0), 64MB Cache, 7200RPM, 3.5" - ST32000641AS
