does exist a new app to access nas from smartphone?
I am asking if after readycluod that sometimes helped me to save life netgear released something good to use for this purpose, thanks

Netgear hasn't offered a replacement service for ReadyCloud (and I don't expect them to).
There are a couple of paths:
- Get a router that has a built-in VPN service that allows remote access. Netgear's Orbi and Nighthawk routers include OpenVPN - which is what I use for remote access. There are free apps for Android, iOS, Windows, and MacOS.
- Install ZeroTier on the NAS. This also has free client apps. This is what Sandshark uses.

In 6.10.10, they
- totally removed ReadyCloud (IMO, good)
- removed the ability to install apps from the web ui (IMO, not good)
- changed the apt config (IMO, not good, but reversible)
So no new way to access the NAS remotely.
