How do I get presale questions answered?
I spent about an hour and a half calling Netgear today to try to get some basic presale questions answered about the difference between the RN314xx and RN104xx, but I just got a bunch of people who tried to read the contents of brochures to me and then ultimately hung up when I asked for more details.
I scoured the web-site and searched Google, but wasn't able to find any straightforward comparison of the two. Can anyone offer any suggestions on this?

- The 314 is much better than the 104.
The 314 has an Intel Atom CPU and 2GB RAM, and a HDMI port for possible future use.
The 104 has an ARM CPU, and 512MB RAM (which is soldered on).
The 314 has much better performance, is compatible with a larger range of apps and will cope better if you want to do a lot with it.
I would recommend the 314 over the 104. - The RN314 has much better performance . Of course the RN314 also costs more (about twice as much at Amazon US at the moment).
