Is RAIDiator update 4.1.15 compatible with RND4000? Web link broken
I received an email saying RAIDiator 4.1.15 was available. I took the email link to http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/30914. There I wanted the double-check that the update applied because the RND4000 has been termed EoL by Netgear. I checked under the "This article Applies to:" by clicking on "ReadyNAD Business" and then "RND4000". Then I got a prettified 404 (http://www.netgear.com/FileNotFound.htm?aspxerrorpath=/support/product/rnd4000.aspx).
I have no way to reach Netgear directly without a support contract so I am trying here.
I can't tell if this is a simple website error or if the linkage is half-baked because the update really should not apply. Can someone verify is this update applies to the RND4000 (v1)?

It does apply to the v1 (which runs 4.1.x firmware).
The kb article link is correct.
A direct link to the zip file is http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/RND2110/RAIDiator-4.1.15.zip
Extract the image from the zip, and manually install it through the frontview web ui.

Thanks. I was not aware that all the 4.1.x firmware versions applied to the RND4000 V1.
Are you saying that the "Applies to" links on the KB article page work for you? I got the failure in MSIE 11 and Firefox.
