  • Okay before i tell what it did: at my Readynas it WORKED!

    Thanks markwoll!
    I have Firmware 6.1.9

I installed the Logitech Media Server in the app section.
After installing I deinstalled it and manually installed "UE Music Library: Debian Installer Package".

It takes a while and first it said that installation failed....but a second try my Readynas said it was successfully installed.

So just wait a bit like markwoll said.

The App is not shwon in the installed apps section.
But with putting the portnumber ":3546/" behind the IP of your Readynas you have the server!
    Perfect!

Here a screenshot of the Log:
  • UE media server is no longer installing for me. I'm running 6.2.4 — it stopped working somewhere around the 6.2 iterations. I've tried all the suggested steps (installing LMS, then uninstalling; installing LMS, then installing UE; etc.) and nothing works.

Would someone be so kind as to make a ReadyNAS app out of the latest version of the UE Music Library (available here) so those of us running a UE device can access our music?
