NAS wont load OS on web browser
Hi, My NAS DUO V2 has been 'off' for probably 6 weeks now. And yesterday I plugged it all back in, connected to router etc. I can access the files, but if I try to log in as Admin, using IP addre...

Hiya,
I have that manual, and have tried exactly that - but nothing.! It has worked in the past, but as soon as I pressed 'Backup' all the lights go out (except power) and then you cant scroll through.
That said, now I have accessed via Safari, I have updated the NAS with 5.3.10 - clearly it was out of date.
This may have resolved the issue - but I don't need to reinstall OS now anyway.!
Hopefully it will be okay in the future.
