So it had 4.1.9 before the factory reset? If it did not have 4.1.7 or later installed before the factory reset I would suggest doing another factory reset. See Why you might want to factory reset a Sparc ReadyNAS
Also note that there is an ownership/permissions issue with 4.1.9. I do not recommend running 4.1.9. 4.1.8 and 4.1.10 beta are better options.
