Ready cloud
Can anyone help I've bought a ultra 6 Nas and it was registered to the other owner so can I get this deregister with Netgear so I can use this on Netgears cloud

You can't re-register it, but I don't think you have to do that to run ReadyCloud.
You do need to conver the Ultra to run OS 6 firmware, since 4.2.x firmware isn't compatible with ReadyCloud. Have you done that?

One thing to consider is whether you want to also increase the memory in the ultra 6. Currently shipping OS-6 systems all have at least 2 GB of RAM - your ultra only has 1 GB. Personally I suggest adding at least one more 1 GB module, or perhaps going with 2x2 GB. If youy want ot increase the RAM, I suggest doing that first.
Once you've done that, you'll need a full back up of the NAS, as the process is destructive.
