ReadyNAS 10200 not seen by Raidar
Hi,
We have a ReadyNAS102 which I can no longer access. It is not recognised by RAIDar and the indicator lights for the drives do not illuminate.
I have very limited info I can supply like firmware ect due to bot being able to access it. I have tried both Windows and Mac based computers to access it but it's simply dropped off the network it's used on.
Can anyone suggest anything I can try to try and "See" this unit again and more importantly, access the information on the drive.
Cheers, Scott.

Have you tried rebooting it?
Can you get to the boot menu?: How do I access the boot menu on my ReadyNAS 102, 202, 212 or 312?

Hi, Yes I have retried rebooting. Have left off power overnight as well and rebooted the next day. No joy there.
I can access the Boot menu. Are you going to suggest an OS Reinstall?

Well I’d probably try booting to volume read-only mode as the first step.
