I have bought RNDU2000 18month ago, and only now I noticed a strange thing about the fan speed reading (Frontview has some words in french but everybody can understand) : Notice in the middle of ...
So, I'm just guessing here, but I would say that it might be an issue with the localization that they did in Frontview for the language that you have selected. This is what mine looks like in English:
As you can see the CPU fan speed is right on the money, and the System Fan only differs by 26 RPM.
