ReadyNAS Ultra vs NV+?
I have an opportunity to upgrade from a ReadyNAS NV+ to a ReadyNAS Ultra. In terms of performance, is there a significant difference between the two? What other benefits does the Ultra offer? BTW, ...

The difference will be night and day, with the file transfer speed in excess of 2x as fast, and closer to 3x. However, if your NV+ is still functional, I would recommend that you put new drives in the Ultra and then transfer the files over via the network. Then you can set the NV+ up to serve as a back up unit to the Ultra. I did that when I got my first NVX.
When you mention the increase in performance of the NV+, is that for the v1 or v2 ?
