RN10400 ReadNAS 'Booting...' [SOLVED]

Model Name: RN10400

 

The unit only says 'booting' and doesnt' nothing else with or without drives.

Trying to flash it. I downloaded both 'ReadyNASOS-6.9.3-x86_64.img' and 'ReadyNASOS-6.9.3-arm.img' and tried both one at a time. USB

I assume i'm

supposed to use ARM? since that's all that shows on the download page. I get to the USB boot option but unless I failed to read the steps it doesn't say how to boot from this model.

 

My steps:

-Turn off

-Hold 'backup'

-'Boot from USB' displays on the screen'

 

what next?

 

The USB starts flashing but nothing happens.

 

 

 

 

edit: Used another USB and pressed or held 'backup' and it worked.
