RND4000 v3 HD replace

Hello i'm an Italian lucky owner of a RND4000 v3 ReadyNAS® NV+ with RAIDiator 4.1.10 firmware, equipped with no. 4 HD Western Digital WD20EARS-60MVWB0 2Tb Hard Disk.
My system now is working perfectly and I'd like to know when an hard disk will doesn't work and i will need to replace it how to fix the problem.
The disks i have now are not easy to find because are old model... can I replace only one disk with another model (evenctually from the same manufacturer) with the same capacity or changing model I have to replace a couple or all disks?
Is 2Tb the maximum capacity that my device support? (in the compatibility list miss RND4000 v3).

Please help me

Thanks for Your support

Maurizio

You have a NV+ (v1). Any 2TB disk on the compatibility would be a suitable replacement. Yes 2TB drives are the max supported on your model.

Do You know if is there any system to improve the network performances?
    Thanks again
