The labels are confusing you. Your NAS is a sparc platform and it is called an NV+ v1 here. It can only run 4.1.x firmware - the current firmware being 4.1.16.
The v2 you are seeing on the back label means you have "hardware revision v2 of the NV+ v1". An NV+ v2 (arm platform) would have -200 at the end of the part number. Yours has -100.
