What are the differences between these models?
Would someone tell me what the difference is between the Ultra RNDU4000-100PES and the Ultra RNDU4000-100UKS? Both are diskless versions of the Ultra.

That's a very good question. With the previous versions of the ReadyNAS they had a separate continental europe (EUS) and UK (UKS) versions. When they first released the Ultra, I saw references only to the EUS version which contained both modular cables. Now there is a PES vesion and a UKS version. I note on the Pixmania.co.uk website the listing for the RNDU4000-100PES contains the phrase "This product requires a mains adapter for the UK. Pixmania supplies an adapter when you buy this product" which would lead me to conclude that the PES version contains only the continental europe modular cord. On the uk.insight.com website the listing for the RNDU4000-100UKS contains that statement in the general specs listing "Localisation : United Kingdom" which would lead me to conclude that this version contains the UK only modular cord.
Except for the cord and maybe the default language, I believe they are the same unit as denoted by the model number up to the three letters at the end. These are used to differentiate between markets. I do know the North American model for all Netgear products have NAS at the end, and the Australian/New Zealand models have AUS.
