No confirmation mail when signing up for ReadyNAS photos

Does this resolve the issue of no Confirmation mail to accounts previously set up or do I need to register again?

- I have also tried to register an account (in fact several times) and have never recieved a confirmation email.
- I have sent you my details in a PM, can you help?
