No confirmation mail when signing up for ReadyNAS photos

My email is still not received, and my patience worn extremely thin...

At least have the decency to communicate with the users, or wannabe users, please. That would at least go some considerable way with users trying to use the service...

Can you please check, if the email is gone into your Spam folder ?

My link eventually arrived about nine or ten days after the original request.

I have also just recently requested a password reset and received nothing yet... am I looking at waiting ten days before I have access to anything?

Can you send me the email id you have used for sending your password reset request.

Did you check your Spam folder for email ?
