No login for ReadyNAS Photo
Just about to give up, I've activated the photo addon in front view and installed the windows application in vista but don't get to create a login when I start readynas photo i get a page load error in firefox 3 and similar in IE7 (the page address is http://www.localhost.com:81/readynaspor ... launch.jsp). I've tried installing the photo 1.5 addon instead, have tried the readyphoto rc3 build have tried installing this on my laptop instead of my desktop (different firewalls) and after taking off and installing java seperately. Anyone got any ideas?

I have recieved no E-mail confirmation about log in, Its not in my Junk e-mail.

I finally have the solution to all those very confused people out there... This took 2 weeks to resove with customer services and they are unable to explain to me why this is. I put it down to poor programming.
1. Please try other emails like Gmail or Yahoo. - I was trying to use a Hotmail E-mail account, Sure enough with in 2 mins an e-mail arrived. (I can confirm this works with Gmail)
2. Please check the spammed mail spam folder.
3. If those does not work, please uninstall then reinstall the Add on directly to the ReadyNAS. - mrpersadAspiranti am having the same issue...how did u contact customer service? i tried gmail and hotmail...no confirmation email...

Have you checked if the confirmation email is gone into your Spam folder ?

The funny thing is that the confirmation mail for this forum arived within 10 seconds...
