Power button is constantly blinking on the Readynas DUO RND2000 v1
The led flashing quickly, then slowly about 16 times the speak bleeps it does this repeatedly.
I removed it from one network working and tried to add it to a new one and this is the result.
I do not see it using ant internet browser but I can see all other devices I have connect to my router.
I do not have the orignal software bundle, so I have downloaded them
Raidar does not detect it.
I have tried several times to do a OS reinstall but nothing chances it repeatedly does the fast, slow power button led flashing and bleep.
Any suggestions as there is quite a bit of data that I would like to recover.

The led patterns are here: http://home.bott.ca/webserver/?p=324
You can access the data volume by connecting disk 1 to a Windows PC, and installing r-linux for windows. http://www.r-tt.com/free_linux_recovery/
That might be safer than trying OS reinstall, etc.

Thanks StephenB, I have already tried R-Linux amonst others with no success. I will try again tomorrow using disk 1.

On the duo v1, the "parity disk" is mirrored, but there is no data volume partition. Usually the "parity disk" is disk 2, but that depends on the install history.
