2100V2 USB Ports not mounting
All USB ports (1 front and 2 rear) fail to mount USB devices (HDD or Memory Sticks) /var/log/messages shows the following, but nothing appears in Frontview and I cant select USB ports for backup ...

Which firmware did you update from (you can check in initrd.log)?
Was it working on that previous firmware?

I updated from 4.2.31 to 6.9.0 and then to 6.9.1
I've never tried to use USB HDD until 6.9.1

So I've plugged either a HDD or USB Flash into all of the ports. dmesg logged the following:
