6.2 update connection lost

Firmware v6.2.0 is just meant to be used with ReadyNAS OS 6 models. ReadyNAS Pro 6 is an Intel-based ReadyNAS OS 4 model.
I do not have a ReadyNAS Pro 6, however, if its possible to revert the firmware back to v4.2.27...kindly try to update the firmware to v6.1.9 first then perform a factory reset then update it to v6.2.0.
