Access admin page from the internet.

You can indeed forward the port 443TCP which is HTTPS and you should have access to your NAS interface. However it is not advised at all to expose admin pages to internet.
I haven't tried MDGM's technique but it seems way more secure to use this if this works as you don't directly expose your NAS to internet attacks.
