App errors after migrating disks from RN104 to RN314 #26420638

I have upgrade my Readynas Hardware from a RN104 to a RN314.  Basically moving the disks went smooth after syncing the firmware first. All data is accessible and all shares where automatically available. But I have problems with the apps. I shutdown all aps before migrating and tried to delete as many as possible but I could not delete Readynas Surveillance and Readynas photos.

After starting the 314 these apps keep giving me error messages or do not start at all I get the error message: "22002010000" whatever that means.

Next to that the available app page gives me no app icons anymore and I cannot install any of the apps. I get a message that the list of apps not available or not up to date is.

Maybe this is related to moving from ARM to X86 processor?

Has someone any idea how to fix this?

Yes, almost certainly. You can try over-installing the x86 versions of the apps.  You might need help from support.

      Hi EripEri,

      Welcome to the community!

Here's the apps page where you can download the add-on for arm and x86. If you will get the same error message, I will try StephenBs suggestion in contacting support.

      Kind regards,

Manual installation did not solve the issue.

Where and when can I contact support. Readycloud and Readyremote are both working without problem next to that only Plex Media server seems to be working (partly).

I can view and browse media on my local network, but no Remote access possible. Next to that the Plex app reports that I am using an old version while I have installed the latest version and the Readynas webinterface also report that I have installed the latest version.

It seems like all of these apps are trying to use  wrong settings/configurations files.

  • I performad the backup, reset and restire option via copy to an external USB on a networked PC and this shiuld be the recommended option. It also cleared a lot of other junk i had from a previous migration from NV+ to RN104 and this procedure was much, much quicker.
