Cannot access admin page

I get my login prompt again but the NAS is not accepting my password and I'm sure it is correct.
Alrready tried to reset via SSH passwd admin

I do but would prefer not to factory reset. It's over 8TB so the copy back takes long.
And the chalange of finding a solution is a good one :)
Happy already that the admin page is working again already now it seems that the link to the password database is missing

Could someone with a working configuration post the output off
ls -l /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/
I think that some module is not enabled that is needed for the authentication
459 a2dismod access_compat
462 a2dismod auth_token
465 a2dismod authn_core
468 a2dismod authz_core
471 a2dismod mpm_prefork
475 a2dismod socache_shmcbThose where enabled but apache doesn't start if I enable any of them
