Cannot view system data files in ReadyNAS 104

That was immensely helpful, siigna! My data folder was simply not visible the way it is in the picture. Only the volumes I'd created with the installled HDDs were listed. I did a full factory reset and it all showed up. Now the data folder, which was previously missing, is accessible via SMB, but I still can't access \\nas\volume\.apps\ or \\nas\apps through Windows, even if I specify the full path. That's not a big deal, though, because I was able to use the URL you provided earlier to access the apps folder through the http interface.

I consider the issue resolved. Thanks again for your efforts, siigna and vandermerwe!


Update: I can access the apps folder through SMB using the path \\nas\data\.apps\

Update 2: Just to clarify, I still can't see the apps folder in the http admin interface either, unless I specify the full path using the URL siigna provided in an earlier reply, using just the https://<NAS_address>/browse.html#path=%2F<volume_name>%2F.apps portion of it. The volume name is "data" by default.
