Can't connect to NV+ Admin
I have an NV+ on my network. Nothing complicated -- NV+, router, 2 pc's. With the exception of changing out the router, not much has changed. I can see the NV+ on the network, read and write to it, but can't get to the Admin screen using RAIDar - it can see it, all green lights, running 4.1.9.
I've noticed that when it gets really warm (during the summer), the NAS stops connecting and I need to reboot it. Then it's fine, but I still can't get to the Admin panel and I've done a reinstall of the OS, but no luck.
Thoughts?
Thanks.

- NhellieVirtuosoWhat happens when you type https://IP_of_NAS (ex https://192.168.3.50) on your web browser?
Are you getting any error messages? - Zekeman1AspirantI get unable to connect.
I've tried https://IP_OF_NAS/Shares as well as https://IP_OF_NAS/Admin and nothing
I've tried telnet to IP_OF_NAS 80 (and 443). Nothing.
RAIDar sees it, but I think HTTPS is off or not running.
How can I turn on HTTPS without connecting to it? - vandermerweMasterDid the problem start when you changed router? What are the IP addresses of nas , PC and router?
Do you have ssh access?
Do you have a backup?
Have you tried a direct connection between nas and PC? - Zekeman1AspirantThe problem started a while ago when I lost the admin password and had to reset the box.
IP of router: 192.168.1.1
IP of NAS: 192.168.1.151
IP of PC: 192.168.1.8
Not sure how to test SSH
Don't have a backup - this is my backup
Tried a direct connection, but couldn't get anywhere, but didn't have RAIDar installed on my laptop - StephenBGuru - Experienced Usercan you access \\IP_OF_NAS
- Zekeman1AspirantUsing windows explorer, yes - I see the shares and I can read / write. Going there via a web browser - no.
- StephenBGuru - Experienced UserThen the first step is to copy off any data you need.
- Zekeman1AspirantCould you further elaborate?
- StephenBGuru - Experienced UserYou said you had no backup, Since your data is clearly at risk, you should start by copying anything you need off the NAS.
- Zekeman1AspirantThank you for the suggestion.
