Copy / Backup between NAS

1. If the DLink supports Rsync and has that enabled for the destination share you could run a backup job using Rsync on the ReadyNAS. If not you may need to try e.g. the Windows/NAS (Timestamp) backup option
2. The RAID format in the 102 is different so you should put new disks in the 102 and copy your data across your network. I would suggest enabling Rsync for your shares on the Duo and running backup jobs on the 102, with the Remote Rsync Server (Duo) as the source and the share you want to backup to on the 102 as the destination
