Drag and Drop upload won't work =(
Help! I've got a Ready NAS 104 4-bay with 2x 3TB in RAID 1. It worked perfectly and beyond my expectations for 3-4 weeks until now. I've been uploading my pictures throug the drag and drop funct...

The RN104 has a "snapshot" feature where everything you delete or change is saved into a snapshot folder. This can take up a lot of space, which could possibly be related to your issue.
If you log into the web ui, click on a share, and then select "settings" you will see "continuous protection" -> which is snapshots. You can try disabling that for all your shares. You'd then also need to delete the snapshots already saved. If you click on a share, and then "recover" you will see the snapshots. You can select and delete them.
You could also try disabling the antivirus protection, and see if that improves performance.
