Hello,
I need to migrate my raid disks to a similar NAS in order to save my data (I guess).

Live in Sweden

Thanks in advance/

If you get e.g. a 312 then you can contact support and enquire about the steps to let them attempt to recover your data. They will advise you of any costs involved.
  • I have a DUO V1(v2) and cannot access it via front view since it was upgraded to its last version last month.
Raidar detects it and so does finder on my mac but none of its content.
Before the upgrade it was gone now and then but after the upgrade wich it did succesfully according to the sms text notice I received in my iphone, its not accessible.
I have followed som steps the phonesupport gave me, the last was starting i techsupportmode and radar can se it but nothing more.

I have two 2terabyte disks in raid and they contain data I can't afford to loose.

So what should I do next...

    So you have no backup?

If you can't afford to lose your data then you should consider paid options from support to attempt to recover it, and backup your data in future.
  • I thought the raid was backup enough but didn't realise that the stupid nas would put me in this situation.

I have backup on 85% of it but thats not going to save me now.

The NAS do send me reports when things has been done by it such as upgrade and disc check, which has been done successfully.

But why can I still not connect to it since the last upgrade?

To tell that would require some diagnosis.
