Factory Reset Help
Hello, I'm new to this so please bear with me........I have been trying to update the firmware on my ReadyNAS Duo V2 from 5.3.7 to 5.3.8. I have tried to update it using the Dashboard but this did not...
Hi I'm still stuck!!! :x :oops:
I've done the OS reinstall, but the device appears offline, even when I've connected it directly to my laptop. So I did the OS reinstall again and the device still appears off line. I can log in to dashboard but it says device off line. The you can get to the settings and I tried to do a firmware update but it says "Invalid update image".
Does anyone have any ideas please?
