Sorry it's taken so long to post an update. I contacted support and they are still in the process of sorting out my issue. It seems to take really long for them to get in touch with me to help.
I was wondering if anyone had a way of getting the data off one of my hard-drives. I think the quickest and best method maybe to do a factory reset.
I am by no means an expert so a step by step method would be really helpful. I know how to take the drive out and put it in an enclosure. Once I've done this if I connect it up to a windows PC will it appear as a external drive? Will I be able to access the data easily?
